7c204c62b2 Add automatic Python dependency installation to setup script 
Modify deployment/setup_cleanup_timer.sh to automatically install Python dependencies, and update deployment/CLEANUP_DETECTIONS_GUIDE.md to reflect this change and add prerequisites.

791b7caa4d Add automatic cleanup for old detections and IP blocks 
Implement automated detection cleanup after 48 hours and IP unblocking after 2 hours using systemd timers and Python scripts.
